Privacy Policy
Liquid Games is a site of free browser games. You can play every game without an account. This page explains what we collect when you do sign in, send feedback or play, and what you can do about it.
If you just play
We don't ask who you are. Games that save progress keep it in your browser's local storage on this device. We don't use analytics or tracking scripts.
If you create an account
You can sign in with Google, or with a username and password you create here.
- Google: we receive an account ID (so we recognise you next time), your name, email address and profile picture.
- Username and password: we store your username and a one-way, salted hash of your password. We never store the password itself and can't see it.
Other players never see your email or your real name. They see a display name: your username, or for Google accounts a randomly generated one. You can change it. We store your saved game progress against your account so it follows you between devices, and we record when you joined and when you were last active.
Signing in sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It's used for nothing else.
If you send feedback
We store your message, which game and page it's about, your browser type (to help reproduce bugs), and, if you're signed out and choose to give it, your email so we can reply. To stop spam we keep a one-way hash of your IP address with the report; we don't store the IP address itself. The same kind of hash is used to limit repeated failed sign-in attempts.
Ads
Some games may show ads served by Google. Google may use cookies to show and measure ads; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Ads never show while you're playing a multiplayer game, and rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch one.
Who can see your data
Only the people who run Liquid Games. We don't sell or share personal data. Our hosting and database providers store it on our behalf.
Your choices
- Change your display name or delete saved progress any time on your account page.
- Delete your account on your account page. That permanently removes your account and saves. Feedback you sent stays, without your name attached.
- For anything else, use “Send feedback” at the bottom of any page.
Children
Anyone can play without an account. Accounts are not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child has made one, tell us through “Send feedback” and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
